About Me

I'm a digital artist who loves creating. I've been drawing since 2015, but started posting 2018.I love drawing fanart sometimes, it's what inspired me to start drawing in the first place! Like many other artists I admire, I started with a pretty heavy anime sort of style. You can still see that in how I draw eyes and hair, at least I think so!I work hard everyday to create better art and engage with my audience! This is my dream job and I hope to make it the only job I'll ever need!

Terms of Service

By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.

General

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Placing your Request

When commissioning me please make sure you clearly specify what you want me to draw. References as pictures or detailed written descriptions are appreciated and will help get the results you, the commissioner, would like.

Payment

  • All commission payments are 100% upfront or broken 50/50. Half before starting to work on the commission, half before the finished product is delivered.

  • All payments should be in USD via an agreed payment method.

Process & Correspondence

  • Works in progress may be given as needed for me to understand the commission and you may request them to see how the piece is coming along.

  • Commissions take time that can depend on many factors such as: Health, order of commission, complexity, life or family issues/emergencies.

  • If one of the above things happens you will be notified of the delay.

Rude, disrespectful, and/or abusive commissioners will have their commissions canceled and be refunded. I may also block, ignore, or refuse further commissions from them.

Customer Satisfaction

I will do my best to make all of my customers happy with the piece they commissioned.

  • You get to request changes in between phases, as long as it is not a large edit that requires a lot of work it will have no extra charge. Large changes will cost extra depending on the amount of work necessary to change it.

  • If you wish for me to change something you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

  • However once a commission is finished, only small changes may be made. For example small coloring or marking mistakes.

Make sure to be clear with what you order to help we both get the outcome you would like.

Copyright

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of this copyright agreement.If you break the copyright agreement in any way, any rights you had to the work are redacted. As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.Therefore I can use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself in any place or site.

  • Publish books with the artwork inside.

The commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise

  • Print the art, and claim the right of their characters but not the art itself.

  • Use the art to promote themselves with the proper credit given to the artist.

The commissioner is not allowed to:

  • Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in anyway.)

  • Take credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • Remove any watermarks/signatures.

  • Alter the artwork without my consent.

Canceling & Refunding Policy

  • I can cancel and refund the money for your commission at anytime

  • You cannot cancel or demand a refund from the artist after payment is received.

  • If no money has been sent you can cancel the commission.

  • The Kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission’s price.

If you file a chargeback against me:

  • Your right to everything I have ever made for you will be redacted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

  • You will be forbidden to commission me, Wildgracedraws.

  • Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to, for others to watch out for.

  • I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Will Not Draw:

Extreme violence or gore, racism, or insult to any religion or minority.

If you are unsure if I’d accept your idea, please elaborate on your request privately.I reserve the right to not take commissions for whatever reason, specified or unspecified. For instance if I decide it is not within my ability or I simply do not want to draw it. However you are more than welcome to ask me whether or not I will draw something.This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.Last updated 12/12/2023
